Shiwei Hezi Wan is a traditional Tibetan medicine herbal formulation developed and manufactured by Qinghai Jiumei Tibetan Medicine Pharmaceutical. The formulation is composed of ten herbal ingredients: *Terminalia chebula* (without core), Tibetan madder, safflower, sword bean, cardamom, Symplocos leaves, Zha Xun paste, Arnebia root, Swertia, and juniper paste. It is primarily indicated for clearing kidney heat and promoting diuresis. Clinically, it is used to treat conditions such as nephritis, lower back and knee pain, frequent urination, urinary retention, hematuria, and urinary tract stones. The medicine is produced as brown-gray water pills for oral administration and is approved in China under the regulatory number 国药准字Z63020208.
