Overview

Shiwei Shufeng Granules is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) botanical product currently in Phase II clinical development for the treatment of acute eczema, specifically the damp-heat encumbering type. Developed by the Shandong Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Hangzhou Yuancao Pharmaceutical, the formulation is designed to address the TCM patterns of "wind" and "damp-heat" which are associated with inflammatory skin conditions. It is currently being evaluated in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter trial in China to assess its safety and efficacy in adult patients.
