Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Shiyiwei Ganlu Wan is a traditional Tibetan medicine produced by Xizang Ganlu Tibetan Medicine, primarily indicated for gastrointestinal disorders. It is an oral pill formulation approved in China under the National Drug License Number Z54020075. According to traditional Tibetan medical theory, the drug is used to harmonize the bodily humors, specifically addressing imbalances in 'Peigen' (phlegm/cold) and 'Chiba' (bile/heat). Clinical applications include the treatment of indigestion, abdominal distension, gastric pain, and loose stools. The formulation is composed of eleven natural ingredients, including Chebulic Myrobalan (诃子) and Emblic Leafflower Fruit (余甘子), which are traditionally believed to tonify the spleen and clear heat from the digestive system.
