SHJ002 is an antisense oligonucleotide therapy formulated as a sterile ophthalmic solution (eye drops) designed to neutralize microRNA-328. By inhibiting microRNA-328, which has been implicated as a risk factor for myopia development, the drug acts through gene silencing and microRNA inhibition mechanisms.
