ShotCAR-Her2 is an investigational chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) cell therapy developed by Hauul Bio for the treatment of HER2-positive solid tumors. The therapy utilizes the company's proprietary ShotCAR platform to engineer cells that specifically target the Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2), a protein frequently overexpressed in various malignancies including breast, lung, and colorectal cancers. Currently in the preclinical stage, ShotCAR-Her2 is being evaluated for its potential in treating indications such as triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and colorectal cancer (CRC).
