Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ShotCAR-mesothelin is a preclinical-stage chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) cell therapy being developed by Hauul Bio for the treatment of mesothelin-positive solid tumors. The therapy utilizes Hauul Bio's proprietary ShotCAR platform to engineer immune cells that specifically recognize and eliminate cancer cells expressing mesothelin, a cell-surface protein frequently overexpressed in malignancies such as triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and colorectal cancer (CRC). By targeting mesothelin, ShotCAR-mesothelin aims to provide a potent and selective immunotherapy option for patients with these difficult-to-treat solid tumors.
