This is a combination of three immune checkpoint inhibitors—camrelizumab (SHR-1210), nivolumab, and pembrolizumab. All three are humanized monoclonal antibodies targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) on T cells. By blocking PD-1 from binding to its ligands PD-L1 and PD-L2 on tumor or antigen-presenting cells, these drugs restore T-cell mediated antitumor immunity. Camrelizumab is approved in China for several cancers including hepatocellular carcinoma and nasopharyngeal carcinoma[1][7]. Nivolumab (Opdivo) and pembrolizumab (Keytruda) are widely approved globally for various malignancies such as melanoma, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), renal cell carcinoma, classical Hodgkin lymphoma, among others[9]. The rationale for combining multiple anti-PD-1 agents is not established in clinical practice or guidelines; typically combinations involve different checkpoint targets such as CTLA-4 plus PD-1 blockade[6][8]. There is no evidence supporting the use of all three together in a single regimen.
