SHR-1702 + camrelizumab

Combination of two investigational monoclonal antibodies: **SHR-1702**, a humanized anti-TIM-3 (T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin-domain containing-3) inhibitor, and **camrelizumab**, a humanized anti-PD-1 (programmed death-1) immune checkpoint inhibitor. Both are developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals. The rationale for the combination is to target complementary immune checkpoints involved in cancer immune evasion, aiming to enhance anti-tumor immunity, particularly in relapsed or refractory advanced solid tumors. SHR-1702 alone or with camrelizumab has undergone clinical trials for advanced solid tumors, myelodysplastic syndromes, and acute myeloid leukemia.[1][2][4][8]
