SHR-1703

SHR-1703 is a novel humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody that targets interleukin-5 (IL-5) with high affinity and a prolonged half-life. It is designed to control eosinophil-related diseases by inhibiting IL-5, thereby reducing peripheral blood eosinophil counts. SHR-1703 is being developed primarily for the treatment of severe asthma and eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA), as well as other eosinophil-associated conditions. Clinical studies have demonstrated its favorable safety, tolerability, low immunogenicity, and sustained pharmacodynamic effects in healthy subjects and patients. The drug is administered via subcutaneous injection[1][2][4][6].
