Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SHR-2002 is a bispecific antibody drug candidate developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors and other malignant neoplasms. It acts as an immune checkpoint inhibitor targeting both the CD112 receptor (CD112R, also known as PVRIG) and TIGIT protein, modulating immunoglobulin pathways to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. The drug is administered intravenously and has been evaluated in monotherapy and in combination with other anti-cancer agents such as SHR-1316 (an anti-PD-L1 antibody). Clinical trials have reached Phase II for solid tumors, with studies conducted primarily in Australia and China. The primary developers are Jiangsu Hengrui Medicine Co., Atridia, and Suzhou Suncadia Biopharmaceuticals[1][2][3][5].
