Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SHR-2005 + SHR-1501 + adebrelimab + bacillus Calmette–Guérin is an investigational combination immunotherapy regimen being developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Medicine for the treatment of bladder cancer. The regimen combines multiple mechanisms of immune activation: SHR-2005 is an FcγR-dependent CD40 agonistic monoclonal antibody that activates antigen-presenting cells; SHR-1501 is an interleukin-15 (IL-15) fusion protein (IL-15RαFc superagonist) designed to stimulate T cell and NK cell proliferation; adebrelimab is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) to block immune checkpoint inhibition; and bacillus Calmette–Guérin (BCG) is a live attenuated bacterial immunotherapy that induces a localized inflammatory and immune response in the bladder. This combination is designed to synergistically enhance both innate and adaptive antitumor immune responses.
