Overview

SHR-2106 is a monoclonal antibody drug developed by Guangdong Hengrui Pharmaceutical. It is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials evaluating its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and pharmacodynamics after single intravenous or subcutaneous administration in healthy subjects. It is being investigated for use in kidney transplant patients and for the treatment of active primary dry syndrome (likely referring to Sjögren's syndrome). There are currently no similar products approved for sale globally.
