Overview

SHR-3201 is an investigational biological drug candidate being developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals and its subsidiaries, Beijing Shengdi Pharmaceutical and Shanghai Hengrui Pharmaceutical, for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. It is designed as a disease-modifying therapy to clear disease-associated biomarkers from the brain and slow down cognitive decline. In October 2026, the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) of China approved clinical trials for SHR-3201, and a Phase I clinical trial (CTR20263919) was initiated to evaluate its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and subcutaneous bioavailability in healthy adult volunteers. The specific molecular target and therapeutic modality of SHR-3201 have not been publicly disclosed.
