Overview

SHR-7367 is a bispecific antibody designed to target both fibroblast activation protein alpha (FAP), which is predominantly expressed on cancer-associated fibroblasts in the tumor stroma, and CD40, a stimulatory receptor found on various immune cells such as B lymphocytes, monocytes, and dendritic cells. By binding to FAP and CD40, SHR-7367 aims to modulate the tumor microenvironment by disrupting stromal support for tumors while simultaneously activating immune responses against cancer cells. The drug is being developed primarily for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors and neoplasms[1][2].
