Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SHR-7782 is a proprietary antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) designed to specifically bind to nectin-4, a tumor cell surface antigen, thereby enabling immune-mediated elimination of tumor cells. It is being developed as a therapeutic biological product for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including advanced malignant cancer. There are currently no approved drugs with an identical mechanism or for the same target, and clinical trials are in the first phase of development. The drug has been independently developed by Chinese biopharmaceutical firms.
