SHR-9839

SHR-9839 is a bispecific antibody drug candidate developed by Shanghai Hengrui Pharmaceutical for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. It targets both the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and c-Met (hepatocyte growth factor receptor), functioning as an antagonist and inhibitor of these pathways. The drug is being investigated primarily for oncology indications, including non-small cell lung cancer, advanced malignant solid neoplasms, and HER2-positive colorectal cancer. Its mechanism involves simultaneous inhibition of EGFR and c-Met signaling pathways to suppress tumor growth and overcome resistance mechanisms associated with single-target therapies. Clinical development has reached phase 1/2 trials in China.
