Overview

This is an experimental **multi-agent combination regimen** consisting of: - **SHR-A1811:** an anti-HER2 antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) showing activity in HER2-positive cancers. It binds to HER2 and delivers a cytotoxic payload directly to HER2-expressing tumor cells, leading to targeted cell death. Developed and studied primarily for HER2-positive breast cancer and HER2-mutant non-small cell lung cancer[1][4][7]. - **Adebelimab:** an investigational human monoclonal antibody targeting PD-L1, functioning as an immune checkpoint inhibitor to promote antitumor immune responses. - **Bevacizumab:** a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody targeting and neutralizing vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A). It inhibits tumor angiogenesis and is approved for use in various solid tumors[2][5][8]. - **SHR-8068:** a programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) inhibitor monoclonal antibody with immunotherapeutic mechanism, in development for solid tumors. - **Cisplatin:** a platinum-based chemotherapeutic agent that forms DNA crosslinks, inhibiting DNA replication and inducing cell death. Widely used in cancers such as lung, ovarian, bladder, and testicular cancers[3][6][9]. - **Carboplatin:** another platinum compound, similar in action to cisplatin but with a different toxicity profile. Also used extensively in solid tumor chemotherapy[3][6][9]. This combination is being explored primarily for its **synergistic antitumor effects**, integrating targeted therapy, chemotherapy, and immune modulation. Most of these agents would be administered intravenously and are in various stages of clinical trials, mainly focused on cancers such as HER2-positive breast cancer or other HER2-expressing/solid tumors[1][4][7].
