Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SHR-A1921 + camrelizumab is a combination therapy being evaluated in the FUTURE 2.0 platform study (NCT06125314) for the treatment of refractory triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). The combination consists of SHR-A1921, an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Trophoblast cell-surface antigen 2 (TROP2) with a topoisomerase I inhibitor payload, and camrelizumab, a monoclonal antibody targeting the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor. This therapeutic approach combines the targeted cytotoxicity of the ADC with the immune-reinvigorating effects of a checkpoint inhibitor. The study, led by Fudan University, utilizes molecular subtyping to assign patients to specific treatment arms, with Arm B2 specifically testing this combination in patients whose tumors exhibit relevant molecular characteristics.
