SHR2150

SHR2150 is an orally administered small molecule agonist of Toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) with potential immunostimulatory and antineoplastic activities. By activating TLR7, SHR2150 stimulates antigen-presenting cells such as dendritic cells and macrophages, leading to the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and activation of both innate and adaptive immune responses. This mechanism is intended to enhance anti-tumor immunity. SHR2150 is being developed primarily for use in combination with chemotherapy or immune checkpoint inhibitors (such as PD-1 or CD47 antibodies) for the treatment of unresectable or metastatic solid tumors. The drug has been evaluated in phase 1 clinical trials for safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics in healthy subjects and is currently under investigation in early-phase oncology trials.
