SHR2285 + aspirin + clopidogrel

SHR2285 + aspirin + clopidogrel is an investigational oral combination regimen consisting of **SHR2285**, a novel small molecule selective inhibitor of coagulation factor XIa (FXIa), administered together with **aspirin** (an irreversible cyclooxygenase-1 inhibitor antiplatelet agent) and **clopidogrel** (a P2Y12 receptor antagonist antiplatelet agent)[2][4]. SHR2285 acts by selectively and reversibly inhibiting FXIa activity, thereby reducing thrombus formation without significantly increasing bleeding risk[1][2][4]. Aspirin and clopidogrel together constitute a standard dual antiplatelet therapy, inhibiting platelet aggregation through different mechanisms. Studies in healthy subjects have demonstrated that the combination is well-tolerated over 6 days, achieves steady-state concentrations of SHR2285, leads to potent inhibition of FXI activity (~85–89%), and prolongs activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), with no significant effect on prothrombin time (PT) or international normalized ratio (INR)[2][4]. This combination is under clinical investigation for its potential as a novel anticoagulant regimen with dual antiplatelet therapy for prevention of thrombotic events.
