Overview

SHR6508 is a small molecule calcimimetic agent developed for the treatment of secondary hyperparathyroidism in patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing maintenance hemodialysis. It acts as a modulator of the calcium-sensing receptor (CaSR), thereby reducing parathyroid hormone (PTH) secretion.
