Shred Matrix

Shred Matrix is a multi-ingredient dietary supplement marketed for weight loss and fat metabolism. It contains a blend of ingredients such as carnitine, choline, inositol, green tea extract, chromium, riboflavin, tyrosine, and iodine. While intended to support fat metabolism, energy production, and thermogenesis, a clinical study indicated that the supplement caused multiple negative hemodynamic effects, including increased pulse wave velocity, heart rate, systolic, diastolic, and mean arterial blood pressure, and vascular resistance, along with decreased large arterial elasticity. The study also found it to be ineffective at increasing running time.
