Shu-Gan Qing-Huo

Shu-Gan Qing-Huo is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) herbal decoction. It is described as "cold in nature" and primarily targets the liver meridian according to TCM theory. The formula is used to clear heat ("Qing Huo"), soothe the liver ("Shu Gan"), and relieve symptoms associated with early-stage Hashimoto's thyroiditis (HT), such as inflammation and immune dysregulation. Studies suggest it may help relieve symptoms and reduce thyroid autoantibodies in HT patients[2][10].
