Shuangzao Anshen Granules is a Class 1.1 innovative traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) being developed by Fangsheng Pharmaceutical. It is formulated based on years of clinical practice to treat chronic insomnia associated with liver-kidney yin deficiency. The herbal formula is designed to tonify the liver and kidneys, nourish the blood, and calm the spirit, thereby addressing symptoms such as restlessness, difficulty sleeping, frequent dreaming, easy awakening, palpitations, anxiety, lumbosacral soreness, dizziness, tinnitus, and memory impairment. In October 2026, the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) of China approved its Investigational New Drug (IND) application to initiate clinical trials.
