Shujin Waixi Keli (舒筋外洗颗粒), also known as Shujin Xi Waiyong Keli, is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) external preparation in granule form. It is formulated with various herbal ingredients, including Weilingxian, Sumu, and Gouteng, and is traditionally used to relax tendons, activate collaterals, dispel blood stasis, and reduce swelling. Its primary indications encompass traumatic injuries, pain and swelling resulting from blood stasis, and functional disorders experienced in the later stages of musculoskeletal injuries. It is also applied for musculoskeletal pain, joint discomfort, and limb numbness attributed to wind-damp obstruction.
