Shunaoxin

Shunaoxin is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation, most commonly administered as dripping pills, developed by the Sixth Chinese Medicine Factory of Tianjin Zhongxin Pharmaceutical Group (now Tianjin Pharmaceutical Da Ren Tang Group). It is composed of concentrated extracts from *Ligusticum chuanxiong* and *Lycium barbarum*. The medication is primarily indicated for the treatment of cerebrovascular conditions such as cerebral infarction, cerebral arteriosclerosis, and associated symptoms including headache, dizziness, and memory loss. Its therapeutic effects are attributed to its ability to improve cerebral microcirculation, inhibit platelet aggregation, and provide neuroprotection against ischemic injury. Bioactive components like ligustrazine and ferulic acid contribute to its vasodilatory and antioxidant properties.
