SI-02 is a monoclonal neutralizing antibody developed by SpikImm, a biotechnology company and spin-off from the Institut Pasteur. The antibody is designed to target the spike protein of the SARS-CoV-2 virus, thereby preventing the virus from entering and infecting host cells. SI-02 is being developed for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19, with a particular focus on providing protection to immunocompromised patients who may not achieve sufficient immunity through vaccination.
