**SI-B001 + paclitaxel or carboplatin** is a combination therapy investigated for treating locally advanced or metastatic epithelial cancers, notably EGFR/ALK wild-type non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The combination specifically aims to block EGFR and HER3 signaling pathways, overcoming resistance mechanisms and enhancing the efficacy of standard chemotherapy. Clinical trials show promising objective response rates and manageable toxicity profiles. The combination is currently being studied in phase II and phase III trials for NSCLC lacking actionable genomic alterations, with additional suitability for other epithelial carcinomas[1][2][4].
