si-LRP11#1 is a small interfering RNA (siRNA) designed to specifically silence the expression of Low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 11 (LRP11). LRP11 is a transmembrane protein and a member of the LDL receptor family that has been identified as a potential prognostic biomarker and a driver of immune suppression in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). Research indicates that high LRP11 expression correlates with poor clinical outcomes and an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. si-LRP11#1 is utilized in preclinical research to investigate the functional consequences of LRP11 knockdown, including its effects on tumor cell proliferation, RNA splicing, and immune cell infiltration. By degrading LRP11 mRNA, this siRNA construct aims to validate LRP11 as a therapeutic target for non-small cell lung cancer.
