SiB-2191 is an *in vivo* monocyte immunotherapy being developed by Signadori Bio for the treatment of solid tumors. As part of the company's p21-engineered monocyte therapy platform, SiB-2191 is designed to reprogram or modulate monocyte function to stimulate anti-tumor immunity. Unlike other candidates in the Signadori pipeline (such as SiB-2101, SiB-2111, and SiB-2121) which target specific undisclosed secondary molecules, SiB-2191 is characterized as target-independent beyond its focus on p21 (CDKN1A). The therapy aims to leverage the natural recruitment of monocytes to the tumor microenvironment to deliver therapeutic effects. It is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
