Overview

SIBP-04 is a biosimilar of bevacizumab (Avastin®), a recombinant, fully human, monoclonal antibody that binds to vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and inhibits VEGF receptor binding, thereby preventing the growth and maintenance of tumor blood vessels. It is being developed by Shanghai Institute of Biological Products.
