SIBP-A10

SIBP-A10 is a monoclonal antibody targeting Sialic acid-binding Ig-like lectin 15 (Siglec-15), developed by the Shanghai Institute of Biological Products (a subsidiary of China National Biotech Group) for the treatment of advanced metastatic malignant tumors. Siglec-15 is an immune checkpoint molecule often expressed on tumor cells and tumor-associated macrophages, where it functions to suppress T-cell activation and proliferation. By binding to and inhibiting Siglec-15, SIBP-A10 is designed to restore the immune system's ability to recognize and attack cancer cells. The drug is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials to assess its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary anti-tumor activity in patients with advanced solid tumors.
