Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SIBP-A17 is an intravenously administered antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting ERBB2 (also known as HER2), under development by Shanghai Institute of Biological Products. It is being investigated for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including late-stage, metastatic, unresectable/inoperable cases and those requiring second-line therapy or greater. The drug is currently in phase 1 clinical trials in China to evaluate its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and preliminary anti-tumor efficacy. The mechanism of action involves inhibition of ERBB2/HER2 signaling pathways[1][2][3][4].
