Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SIGX1094 + fulzerasib (Dupert) is an investigational combination therapy consisting of SIGX1094, a first-in-class small molecule dual inhibitor of focal adhesion kinase (FAK) and proto-oncogene tyrosine-protein kinase Src (SRC), and fulzerasib, an approved small molecule inhibitor of KRAS G12C. Developed by Signet Therapeutics in collaboration with Innovent Biologics, this combination is designed to target KRAS-G12C mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). By combining FAK/SRC inhibition with KRAS G12C inhibition, the therapy aims to overcome resistance mechanisms and fibrotic microenvironments associated with KRAS-mutated tumors. The combination is currently in Phase II/III clinical development in China.
