Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SIM0613 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) in preclinical development targeting leucine-rich repeat-containing 15 (LRRC15), a protein highly expressed on various tumor types and cancer-associated fibroblasts with limited expression on normal cells. The drug is engineered for enhanced tumor penetration and designed to deliver cytotoxic payloads selectively to cancer cells while sparing healthy tissue. Upon binding to LRRC15, the drug is internalized and releases its cytotoxic payload to kill cancer cells. Developed by Simcere Zaiming using their proprietary antibody-drug conjugate platform, SIM0613 demonstrates robust preclinical efficacy in multiple in vivo tumor models and is intended for treatment of solid tumors with high unmet medical needs.
