SIM0708 is a preclinical antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting the interleukin-4 receptor alpha (IL-4Rα), developed by Nanjing Zaiming Pharmaceutical, a subsidiary of Simcere. It is being developed for the treatment of Type 2 inflammatory diseases, including atopic dermatitis (AD), asthma, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
