Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SIM1811-03 + sintilimab is an investigational combination therapy being evaluated for the treatment of advanced solid tumors and cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. SIM1811-03 is a first-in-class, humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting tumor necrosis factor type 2 receptor (TNFR2), designed to modulate the tumor microenvironment and inhibit regulatory T cell-mediated immunosuppression. Sintilimab is a fully human IgG4 monoclonal antibody that targets programmed cell death protein 1 (PD‑1) on T cells, blocking its interaction with PD-L1/PD-L2 to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. The combination aims to synergistically enhance immune-mediated tumor cell killing by simultaneously inhibiting two key immunosuppressive pathways[2][5][8].
