Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SimpliGraft is a hydrated human tissue allograft developed by Xtant Medical for the treatment of chronic and acute wounds. It is derived from human skin and processed to retain the natural extracellular matrix (ECM) and endogenous growth factors, providing a biological scaffold that supports cellular infiltration and tissue regeneration. The product is designed for ease of use in clinical settings, requiring no rehydration, and is typically used in the management of diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers, and surgical wounds. Xtant Medical entered into a distribution agreement with SeaSpine (now Orthofix) to market the product in the United States.
