Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Sindrelimab is a monoclonal antibody developed as an immune checkpoint inhibitor targeting the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor. By binding to PD-1, it blocks the interaction with its ligands (PD-L1 and PD-L2), thereby enhancing T-cell mediated immune responses against tumor cells. Sindrelimab is being investigated primarily for the treatment of various cancers, including non-small cell lung cancer and other solid tumors. It is part of a class of immunotherapies designed to overcome tumor-induced immune suppression.
