Singripal F is a fixed-dose combination medication developed by Farmayala Pharmaceutical Company for the symptomatic relief of the common cold and influenza. It integrates four active pharmaceutical ingredients: paracetamol (acetaminophen), which provides analgesic and antipyretic effects; phenylephrine hydrochloride, a sympathomimetic amine that acts as a nasal decongestant; dextromethorphan hydrobromide, a non-opioid antitussive; and chlorpheniramine maleate, a first-generation antihistamine. The medication is formulated as granules in sachets for oral reconstitution and is primarily indicated for the treatment of cough, nasal congestion, rhinorrhea, sneezing, and general malaise. It is manufactured by INDEUREC S.A. and is currently marketed in Ecuador.
