Overview

Sinlitaset (SAL003) is a novel taxane derivative developed by Shenzhen Salubris Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. As a microtubule stabilizer, it functions by binding to tubulin, which promotes microtubule assembly and prevents depolymerization. This stabilization leads to cell cycle arrest in the G2/M phase and ultimately induces apoptosis in rapidly dividing cancer cells. Sinlitaset is formulated as an injection and is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary antitumor activity in patients with various malignancies, including breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, and gastric cancer.
