Overview

Neoadjuvant therapy 1-Tang-Du Hospital-non-small cell lung cancer refers to a combination regimen evaluated in the TD-NeoFOUR clinical trial (NCT05400070) at Tangdu Hospital. The regimen consists of **sintilimab**, a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) receptor; **anlotinib**, a multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor that inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor receptors (VEGFR), fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFR), platelet-derived growth factor receptors (PDGFR), and c-Kit; and **platinum-based chemotherapy**. This combination is designed to leverage the synergistic effects of immune checkpoint inhibition, anti-angiogenesis, and cytotoxic chemotherapy to treat resectable stage IIA-IIIB non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). In phase 2 studies, the regimen demonstrated high pathological complete response (pCR) and major pathological response (MPR) rates, suggesting significant efficacy in the neoadjuvant setting.
