A combination therapy consisting of sintilimab (anti-PD-1 antibody), apatinib (anti-angiogenic agent), nab-paclitaxel (chemotherapy), and carboplatin (chemotherapy). This regimen has shown promising efficacy in the neoadjuvant treatment of early triple-negative breast cancer with a pathological complete response rate of 70.6% in the NeoSAC trial. The combination works by enhancing immune response in the tumor microenvironment while directly targeting cancer cells.
