Overview

Sinuclean DM is a nasal spray containing *Ecballium Elaterium*, developed by Galsor S.r.l. It is being investigated as a co-adjuvant to standard antibiotic therapy (amoxicillin/clavulanate) for the treatment of acute sinusitis. The goal of its use is to achieve faster symptom remission in patients with acute, subacute, or chronic sinusitis.
