This is a combination immunization regimen involving three separate vaccines administered concomitantly: the Sabin strain-based Inactivated Poliovirus Vaccine (sIPV), an inactivated Hepatitis A virus (HAV) vaccine, and the Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR) live attenuated viral vaccine. The sIPV induces immunity by presenting killed poliovirus antigens to elicit neutralizing antibodies against all three poliovirus serotypes. The hepatitis A inactivated vaccine contains purified, formalin-inactivated HAV to stimulate protective anti-HAV antibody production. The MMR is a trivalent live attenuated viral preparation that induces cellular and humoral immune responses against measles virus, mumps virus, and rubella virus. These vaccines are typically administered as part of routine childhood immunization schedules; co-administration has been shown not to interfere with individual immune responses or safety profiles[1][2]. Each component targets prevention of its respective disease.
