SIR-T CD19xBCMA is an investigational bispecific cell therapy being developed by Angeles Therapeutics for the treatment of B-cell malignancies. Utilizing the company's proprietary Synthetic Immune Receptor T-cell (SIR-T) platform, the therapy is engineered to simultaneously recognize and bind to two distinct antigens: CD19 and B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA). This dual-targeting approach is designed to enhance therapeutic efficacy and mitigate the risk of tumor escape through antigen loss, a common challenge in single-target CAR-T therapies. The program is currently in the preclinical and IND-enabling stages of development.
