Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SIR-T CD70 is an engineered cell therapy candidate developed by Angeles Therapeutics, utilizing the company's proprietary Synthetic Immune Receptor (SIR-T) platform. The therapy is designed to target and eliminate cells expressing CD70 (Cluster of Differentiation 70), a member of the tumor necrosis factor superfamily that is aberrantly expressed in various hematologic malignancies and solid tumors, including renal cell carcinoma and certain lymphomas. By leveraging the SIR-T architecture, the therapy aims to provide potent and selective anti-tumor activity while minimizing off-target effects. The program is currently in the IND-enabling phase of development, transitioning from late preclinical studies.
