Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SIR-T PSCA is an engineered cell therapy being developed by Angeles Therapeutics for the treatment of cancers expressing Prostate Stem Cell Antigen (PSCA). The therapy utilizes the company's proprietary Synthetic Immune Receptor (SIR-T) platform, which is designed to mimic natural T-cell signaling to enhance the recognition and destruction of tumor cells. By targeting PSCA, a cell surface protein frequently overexpressed in prostate, pancreatic, and bladder cancers, SIR-T PSCA aims to provide a potent and selective immune response against these malignancies. It is currently in the late discovery stage of development.
