Sirio is a prescription-only, fixed-dose combination medicine classified as both a dopaminergic agent and an antiparkinsonian agent. The drug combines melevodopa (L-DOPA methylester), a prodrug of levodopa, and carbidopa, a decarboxylase inhibitor.
