Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SIS-401-PACA is a novel microRNA (miRNA)-based therapeutic developed by SiSaf for the treatment of solid tumors, with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma as its lead indication. The drug utilizes miRNA replacement therapy to promote more complete tumor eradication, reduce metastasis, and improve long-term survival in patients with pancreatic cancer. It is designed to be effective even in chemoresistant cells and can be combined with chemotherapy. SIS-401-PACA leverages SiSaf’s proprietary Bio-Courier delivery platform, which provides durable RNA stabilization, efficient targeting and transfection, non-immunogenicity, and avoids accumulation in tissues[1][2][3].
